Yay for Yoga!!

Hey folks! It’s still Yoga month. And I am still excited about learning new Yoga moves. This week’s yoga pose is the Cat Pose.  The Cat Pose strengthens the muscles in the back and abs while toning the arms. This pose also increases circulation of the spinal fluid and gently massages the digestive organs [source].
