Wake Up to Yoga

Yoga can be performed anytime of the day. But there’s nothing like starting your day with yoga and feeling refreashed and ready to start your day! This video will demonstrate morning yoga AKA bed yoga. So you can do this yoga before you roll out of bed and the only thing you need is (drum roll please)…….. YOUR BED! It gets no better than this.
